PLANS FOR V2 | NEED FEEDBACK | Wed Sep 29, 2010 6:32 am by Winterheart | Okay guys.
Some people have been suggesting some seriously awesome stuff and I need your feedback before I start working on it.
First thing, is a possible blog implementation. Such as blogs.fursonaonline.net
And the second thing ( Which I think can be great ) is Groups / Clans whatever.
Basically, if a person wants to start a group they will need a post limit. Then they submit a group request …

| Unless you practise freehand loads and loads with a mouse, your best shot would be using the pen tool I recon. =] | |

| I use diff programs every time when I do Lineart ^^; I mostly prefer doing my lines in Flash CS4, since Flash automatically anti-alias my lines for me. ^^
I'm not so great at it myself but! I think I can help cuz it is possible in Photoshop :3 I use Photoshop CS4 so it should work the same for you, whatever version you may be using :3
Linearts - Photoshop:
Most People call this Redline, because they use red ink colors. Most of them are also using a tablet which is easier to draw linearts. However you don't have to have a tablet to make linearts in Photoshop. Photoshop comes equip with a good variety of tools bits and bobs to use. So here's what you'll need to get started, I will list Keyboard Shortcuts as I go so be sure to try them out as you go for quick easy access… :3
Requirements:
- a: A clean Sketch - b: Pen Tool (P) - c: Brush Tool (B) - d: 2-3 Layers (Ctrl+Shift+N) -----------------------------------------------
Prepare your Sketch:
At This first stage you should have your Sketch open in Photoshop duh! :3 Next you need to Make New Layers in Photoshop. Layers > New Layer (Ctrl+Shift+N). These layers are for the Sketch Inks and background, so name them respectively 'inks' & 'bg'. Switch to the layer you just named 'bg' and go to Edit > Fill… (Shift+F5) then select from the Dropdown Menu and select '50% Grey', You'll find out soon why we're using 50% Grey.
Make sure the other settings are 100% Opacity, Normal. then Click OK. On the 'Sketch Layer' . Set the Layer to 'Overlay', Organise your Layers, make sure the 'bg' layer is below your Sketch Layer. Your Sketch layer should appear darker now.
Prepare Brush:
Switch to the Brush Tool (B) and adjust the Brush Size to 2-3 px and set the Hardness to 45% and you're done. :3 -------------------------------------------------
All you need to do now is switch to your 'inks' Layer and switch to the Pen Tool (P) and begin to make Lines :3 First you need to make sure Paths is Selected. Click one point where you're going to start and drag few inches then un-click, then click another point just further up so the Lines appear. You can alter the shape of the Line you've made if you right-click the line somewhere from the Square Points of the line to bring up a menu and select 'Add Anchor Point'. Click and Drag the Ball Point and change it's shape direction.
Best practice with it so you know what to do :3 Draw a simple Line and play with the ball points, Add Anchor Points and alter the lines with the ball points. Right-Click and select 'Stroke Path' make sure the setting is set to 'Brush' and make sure the 'Simulate Pressure' box is unchecked, then click OK.
Not much from my Quick Tutorial but I hope it helps. :3

your welcome ;3 One small note I forgot to add… Once you've got your stroke you wanted, Press Return Key and the Pen Guideline you drew will disappear, and you can begin drawing again. :3
